For this perfume I was inspired by the natural splendour of Arcadia. In this idyllic, unspoiled wilderness babbling brooks meander through mountains covered in dense forests and the air is filled with the sound of humming insects and twittering birds.
Imagine the lush undergrowth that covers the forest floor. In areas where the sun manages to break through the canopy, fragrant flowers bask in the sunlight and their sweet scent intertwines with the fresh green smell of the foliage. Arcadia belongs to the classic olfactive group known as Fougère, or fern-like perfumes. As no natural fern fragrant oil exists, Fougère fragrances always consist of a combination of fragrant oils that evoke the scent of ferns.

The Canadian perfumer Hiram Green creates and produces artisanal fragrances made exclusively from natural ingredients.
After his discovery that almost all perfumes include synthetic ingredients, it became Hiram’s mission to solely create perfumes based on all-natural ingredients ( all perfumes are made from 100% natural and sustainable ingredients that are ethically sourced, free of GMOs and cruelty-free. He does not use any ingredients of animal origin, except for beeswax in Slowdive). He sources (sometimes extremely) precious natural ingredients from all over the world and makes his perfumes by hand. After blending the ingredients together, the perfumes age for at least three months before they are bottled.
Hiram’s perfumes are best described as intense, lush and expressive.
